Currently, we’re offering standard doorstep delivery which may take between 7 - 10 working days.

Standard delivery is free for all orders for our Members. Non-Members will have free delivery that meet a minimum order total amount of SAR 299 before any delivery charges or taxes have been applied, and after any discounts have been applied. SAR 29 shipping fees for orders under SAR 299 will be applicable.

To ensure smooth processing of your orders, customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) are required to provide a valid National Address for deliveries and returns.

Please note:

• Providing a registered National Address is mandatory for all orders shipped within KSA.
• Please ensure your National Address is current and correctly registered to avoid delays or issues with deliveries and returns.
