During the 2021 Playoff run, fans flooded the Deer District to celebrate the team's first Championship in 50 years. The inspiration for the Bucks 2023/24 City Edition kit comes directly from architecture, the arena and the fans that make the local area one the best gathering places in the league.
Behind the design
The Bucks' arena takes centre stage here. The arch down the side, extending down from the jersey, is a nod to the arena's curved roof, while the green taping pays homage to the colour shown after the Bucks win a game. On the right leg of the shorts, a large graphic honours the great state of Wisconsin. And, of course, we couldn't forget about the Deer District. The speckled pattern celebrates the sea of fans who came out to celebrate the 2021 NBA Championship.
