These are good for any kind of workout indoors or outdoors, they are not restricted to just the trail! My favorite piece is the built in liner. I would recommend these to anyone!

These are by far my favorite running shorts. Not only are they perfect for super hot days because they are so flown and airy, they have made in underwear! Usually I cut made in underwear out because it’s so uncomfortable but this pair is fantastic. I love the color and it doesn’t ride up as badly as other brands do while I run (I have larger thighs). They do fit a bit big but I recommend still getting your usual size, they have a drawstring so you can tighten them! I’m 5’8.5, 149 lbs and I got a medium
