I purchased this item because I loved the colors and the size of it. When the backpack arrived I wasn’t disappointed. It was better than I expected. But there is one thing that leaves much to be desired and this thing is the zips. This backpack would be perfect if the zips were thicker and better quality. Every time you use them you have to do it slowly and carefully, otherwise they get stuck. So it feels like they will not last long.
