Nice Running Jacket
begloria - 12 Dec 2022
This is a light-weight jacket with a thin fleece lining. I love the smokey purple color and the princess seams - it's very flattering. Because it is very light-weight, it is not very warm on its own but it is windproof (which is half the battle in the cold!) I've only worn it in light rain and snow at this point, so cannot say just how water-resistant it is in a heavier rain. It did fine in the light rain and snow, though. I use this as a layering piece. On a fairly cold day, underneath goes a base layer, a L/S top, and a light fleece jacket or sweatshirt. I am 5'6", 124 lbs, 34B and got the XS. I have enough room for freedom of movement while running with these layers underneath. On even colder days I wear a heated vest over the jacket, as well as the under layers mentioned above. My only complaint is that the fleece lining in the sleeves is a bit too long, so the lining pokes out of the sleeve hems after putting your arms in. However, it's easy enough to tuck the lining back in. Recommend.
